Do you accept cash or card?
Yes, we accept card for all services but we prefer cash as this keep our fees down.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
Arriving at least 5 minutes early will give you the to fill in any necessary paperwork and will not detract from your appointment time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You need to provide 48hrs notice if you can no longer attend your appointment. A cancelled or changed appointment within 24hrs will mean you are responsible for 50% of your treatment cost, within 12hrs it will be 100% of your treatment cost.

Our address is 8 Bridge street, Tumbarumba, NSW, 2653
We are next door to the Tumbarumba Information centre, at the end of ‘The Parade’ in Tumbarumba.
Online Store
When will my order ship?
Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 12:00 pm on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.
Where do you ship to?
We ship Australia Wide. Please note delivery times will vary depending on location. We use Australia Post as our preferred shipping carrier.
Local Pickup / Delivery
If you live within the Tumbarumba area you may select the local pickup option. Please note this is strictly for locals only and online purchases must be made by 12pm for same day pick up or local delivery. You will be notified when your order is ready to pickup or will be delivered. Online purchases must be collected from EnerQi within 7 days from the purchase date.

Returns
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you wish to exchange or return your online order, please email enerqitumbarumba@gmail.com and we will reply promptly with instructions on how to make a return.
Returns must be made within 14 days of the customer receiving the product and no refunds or exchanges will be provided without proof of purchase. EnerQi will only accept items that have not been used and are in original condition with original packaging.
Once returned item has been received by EnerQi, a refund will be credited to the card used for payment within 7 business days, this may vary depending on customers bank processing times. Please note postage costs will not be refunded, only value of goods purchased.
If you would like to return your item for exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both back to EnerQi and for the new delivery.
Please note that the above policy applies to ONLINE purchases only.
SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately sale items will not be accepted for exchange and cannot be returned for a refund.
GIFT CARDS: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We take the utmost care in our packaging and delivery and rarely items may be damaged in transit. If your item does arrive damaged, let us know by sending us a message via our contact page.
